Package Your Items
Place the items in their original clear bags and secure them in the original mailer or a sturdy alternative shipping box.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
